My name is Aleksandra, and I'm a former ballerina with over 20 years of experience in dance and movement. Today, I bring my lifelong passion into personalized online coaching - offering 1:1 sessions in Pilates, FitBallet, and Stretching.
My mission is to help women move with strength, grace, and confidence - wherever they are. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support your goals & celebrate your femininity.
Movement has always been a part of me.
I started dancing at a young age, and what began as passion soon became my profession. After several years as a professional ballet dancer, I transitioned into teaching — and for the past five years, I’ve been guiding women to connect with their bodies through movement.
My approach combines ballet, Pilates, and mindful stretching to build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve posture. I believe that fitness for women is about feeling both powerful and graceful — cultivating a body that moves with ease and confidence.
I give personalized 1:1 classes in Paris and online, bringing years of experience to every session. My goal is to create a supportive space where movement becomes a meaningful ritual — one that nurtures your body and uplifts your spirit.

In-person sessions held in a cosy boutique studio in the 11th arrondissement. Perfect for those who want hands-on guidance and personalized attention.
Online 1:1 Classes
Train with me from anywhere. These sessions are just as effective and tailored as in-person, but with the flexibility of working out from home or while traveling.
